Onboarding

Welcome! We're thrilled that you've chosen to partner with Qortex, utilizing the Advanced Video Intelligence Platform. Your dedicated Account and Technical Integration team is here to guide you through every step of our onboarding process.

Step 1: Create a New Campaign

  • Click New Campaign to start entering your campaign inputs.

Step 2: Add Campaign Inputs

  • Fill out the Brand Brief section with as much detail as possible:
    • Brand background
    • Target audience
    • Messaging goals
    • Campaign context
  • The more information you provide, the more accurate and relevant the insights will be.

Step 3: Upload Your Videos

  • Use the upload tool to add your campaign videos.
    • Upload up to five videos simultaneously.
    • Supported file formats: MP4, MOV, AVI
    • Maximum file size: 32MB per video

Step 4: Qortex Runs Video Analysis

  • The system processes your videos using advanced video intelligence.
  • A progress bar will show the status of each video as it moves through the analysis process.

Step 5: Review Insights

A. Creative Insights

  • Short summaries highlight key creative features and analysis for each video.

B. Inferred Audience Recommendations

  • Based on your inputs, the platform identifies the intended audiences.
  • Each recommendation includes:
    • A rationale
    • Demographics for activation
  • You can export this data as a CSV file.

C. Content Recommendations

Step 6: Review Previous Campaigns

  • The platform recommends content environments based on Resonance Score - the alignment between creative, consumer, content, and placement.
  • Filter results by:
    • All
    • Streaming Video
    • Online Video
    • Social Video
  • Results can be exported as a CSV file.

D. Content Recommendation Details

  • Click View Details for granular content recommendations, including specific placements predicted to perform well based on the resonance score.
  • Click My Campaigns (top right of dashboard).
  • Use the three-dot menu next to each campaign to View Insights and revisit past results.
